Issue of Equity
Further to the announcement of an equity placing on 1 March 2010 the Company announces that the outstanding 4,900,000 Ordinary Shares to be issued as part of the placing will be admitted to trading on 15 March 2010. Following admission Access Intelligence's total issued and voting share capital will comprise of 252,770,696 ordinary shares of 0.5p.
