For immediate release 10 October 2006 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or "the Company") Issue of equity Under the terms of its standby equity distribution agreement dated 25 August2006 with Cornell Capital Partners L.P. ("Cornell"), the Company has drawn down‚£60,000 and consequently has issued 526,315 ordinary shares to Cornell at 11.4pper share.
