Corac Group Plc02 December 2005 Corac Group plc ("Corac") The Board of Corac announces that, on 1 December 2005, it approved the issue andallotment of 60,066 new ordinary shares of 10p each in Corac following theexercise of 60,066 share options at an exercise price of 10 pence per share.These shares will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares. Application has been made for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading onthe Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings areexpected to commence on 7 December 2005.
