Allotment/Issue of shares following exercise of options:
eServGlobal Limited (LSE:ESG) announces that on 4 June 2008 it allotted/issued 500,000 ordinary shares as a result of options being exercised - 250,000 @$A0.15 and 250,000 @$A0.40.
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM.
The issued capital is now 171,009,598 ordinary shares, and the number of ESOP options (not listed) is now 4,979,478.
