The Company announces that on 5 March 2008 it allotted and issued 587,709 new S Ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 100.00p.
Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 36,007,364 Ordinary Shares and 1,264,935 S Ordinary Shares.
