ISSUE OF EQUITY

Further to the announcement dated 21 November 2014 the Board announces that applications have now been made to the UK Listing Authority for admission of 4,832,000 Ordinary Shares to the premium segment of the Official List and for such shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and such admission and dealings in Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 26 November 2014.

The Issue is being made pursuant to a placing programme, the details of which are set out in the prospectus published by the Company on 5 September 2014.
