AQUARIUS PLATINUM LIMITED 30 November 2009 Issue of New Securities

Aquarius Platinum Limited wishes to advise that the Company has issued 196,772 common shares upon exercise of:

i. 62,851 common shares issued pursuant to the exercise of 62,851 unlisted

Options from Aquarius' Employee Option Scheme.

ii. 133,921 common shares upon exercise of 368,285 unlisted Ridge Mining

options held by Ridge employees on the basis of 1 Aquarius share for every

2.75 Ridge share pursuant to the scheme of arrangement that was announced

to the ASX on 26 May 2009.

The total number of shares on issue is 462,291,686.
