Issue of Equity
Application has been made for the admittance to trading of 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company as a result of the exercise of options. It is anticipated that these shares will be admitted to trading on 29 January 2013.
Following the above issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury) will be 27,812,164. The Company holds 456,000 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
