Mulberry Group PLC03 May 2006 MULBERRY GROUP PLC (the "Company") 3 May 2006 ISSUE OF EQUITY The Company has applied for 61,977 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company,which were issued pursuant to the exercise of share options, to be admitted totrading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. These ordinary shares represent options which employees have decided to exerciseas follows:- 8,508 at the option price of £1.345 pence28,469 at the option price of £0.395 pence25,000 at the option price of £0.53 pence The Directors of the company have approved the allotment of the shares. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of theCompany and dealings are expected to commence on Tuesday 9 May 2006.
