Issue of Shares

Access Intelligence Plc ("Access" or "Company") announces that Joanna Arnold, Chief Operating Officer, has subscribed for 4,125,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Placing Shares") at a price of 4 pence per share, investing £165,000 into Access ("Placing"). The proceeds of the Placing will be used for general working capital purposes.

Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 5 December 2012.

Under the AIM Rules for Companies the issue of the Placing Shares is considered a transaction with a related party. The directors of Access, other than Joanna Arnold, have consulted with Northland Capital Partners Limited, the Company's nominated adviser, and consider that the terms of the Placing are fair and reasonable insofar as shareholders of the Company are concerned.
