Corac Group Plc06 November 2007 Corac Group plc ("the Company") Issue of Equity 6 November 2007 Application has been made for the issue of 157,399 ordinary shares of 10 penceeach ("Shares") as a result of the exercise of options. This includes 86,666options over Shares held by Julian Reed under the Enterprise ManagementIncentive scheme at an exercise price of 38.46p.
