Foresight 4 VCT PLC10 March 2006 Foresight 4 VCT plc Allotment of Shares The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offerfor Subscription dated 2 September 2005 (the "Offer"), 881,323 ordinary sharesof 1 pence each were allotted on 10 March 2006 at 107.41 pence per share. Application has been made for the admission of the 881,323 ordinary shares tothe Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London StockExchange plc's market for listed securities. Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 4,542,783ordinary shares. Following this allotment there are now 16,721,472 ordinaryshares of 1p each in issue.
