Mobile Tornado Group PLC18 December 2006 MOBILE TORNADO GROUP PLC (the 'Company') The Company has today made application for 1 ordinary share to be admitted totrading on AIM. The ordinary share was issued as part of the Company's admission to AIM but dueto an administrative error has not yet been admitted to trading. Admission isexpected to occur on 22 December 2006. As a result of this admission the issued share capital of the Company has notchanged and remains at 184,431,430 ordinary shares.
