Volvere PLC21 October 2005 Volvere plc ("the Company") 21 October 2005 Issue of equity The Board of Volvere plc announces that, as part consideration for the recentacquisition announced on 30 September 2005, it has issued and allotted to SiraEnvironmental Certification Limited 148,148 Ordinary shares of £0.0000001 eachin the capital of the Company (the "New Shares"). The New Shares will rank paripassu with the existing Ordinary share capital of the Company and have beenallotted and issued credited as fully paid. Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIMand dealings are expected to commence on 27 October 2005. Following admission, the total issued Ordinary share capital of the Company hasincreased to 3,786,588 Ordinary shares.
