The Income & Growth VCT plc 1 July 2013 Issue of Equity The Company announces that on 1 July 2013 it allotted and issued 392,188 newOrdinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("theScheme") at a price of 96.0 pence per share. Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to theOfficial List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commenceon or around 5 July 2013.
