Issue of Equity

 

Avocet Mining PLC announces that on 7 June 2010 the Company issued and allotted 95,644 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Shares') following the exercise of share options at a price of 132.75p per Share.

 

Application has been made for the admission of the Shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange with admission expected to occur on or around 11 June 2010.

 

The issued share capital of the Company is 195,326,897 following this issue of shares,
