European Motor Hldgs PLC28 April 2006 European Motor Holdings plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The Company announces that on 28 April 2006 it issued and allotted 30,000ordinary shares of 40 pence each in the Company as a result of the exercise ofoptions under the Company's 2001 Non Approved Share Option Scheme. As a resultof this exercise there are currently 54,477,088 ordinary shares in issue.Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for admissionof the new ordinary shares to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
