Northern 2 VCT PLC06 April 2006 Northern 2 VCT PLC ("The Company") Issue of Ordinary Shares The Company announces that on 5 April 2006 it issued and allotted to 403subscribers 4,471,905 Ordinary Shares of 5p each under the 2005/06 Offer forSubscription. The new Ordinary Shares were issued at a price of 91p per share. Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for theseshares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and totrading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
