Issue of equity

The Company announces that, further to an exercise of options by certain employees (not directors) over ordinary shares of 1p each in Intercede ("Ordinary Shares"), application has been made for 63,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence in the new Ordinary Shares on 21 March 2012.

Following the exercise of options, the Company has 48,428,005 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are 57,975 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 48,370,030. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
