Issue of Equity

The Company has received notice to convert the following warrant:

 In favour of Darren Ridge for the 50,000,000 warrant issued on 13 October 2009 to be converted into 50,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.03p per share.

Application will be made for the admission of the 50,000,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings will commence on 19 October 2010.

Subsequent to the above conversion and issue, the Enlarged Issued Share Capital of the Company will be 2,757,369,946 ordinary shares of 0.01p each.
