Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT") Issue of Equity

The Directors of SRT announce that following the exercise of options, 93,333 ordinary shares of 0.1p each have been issued and allotted.

Following the issue of the new shares, there are 97,817,107 ordinary shares of 0.1p in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.

Application will be made for the new shares to be admitted to AIM. It is expected that admission will occur on 4 December 2007.
