The Directors of TP10 VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company has applied for the twelfth and final allotment of 1,443,900 Ordinary Shares allotted on 1 June 2010 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 16 September 2009 at a price of £1 per share to be admitted to the Official List. 

The Offer has now closed

Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on or around 7 June 2010.

As a consequence of this allotment, a total of 30,178,014 Ordinary Shares have now been allotted under the Offer.
