The NewOrdinary Shares have been issued as part of a subscription by the Company'sprofessional advisers. Anticipated trading in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 15 May 2006.Following admission the enlarged share capital of the Company will be 63,673,312ordinary shares 0.5 pence each.
