Printing.com plc03 April 2006 PRINTING.COM PLC (the "Company") Issue of Equity Printing.com plc announces that at a board meeting held on 31 March 2006 itallotted 69,609 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to certain employeesfollowing the exercise of options under the Company's Share Option Schemes.Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for admissionof the new ordinary shares to trading on the Alternative Investment Market ofthe London Stock Exchange.
