Issue of Equity

The Company announces that, following the exercise of options by a former employee, 133,613 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued and allotted.

Accordingly, application has been made for the 133,613 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 7 July 2010.

The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company has increased to 41,128,739 ordinary shares.
