Issue of Equity

Application has been made for the issue of 219,634 Ordinary Shares in the Company as a result of

the exercise of options. It is anticipated that these shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 4

July 2008.

The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of options will be

38,637,317.
