Amino Technologies PLC02 February 2007 Amino Technologies Plc Issue of Equity Amino Technologies Plc ("Amino") announces that under the terms of theacquisition of SJ Consulting, announced on 23 January 2006, Amino has issued andallotted 99,999 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to thevendors as part of the deferred consideration due on the first anniversary ofthe acquisition. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, andit is expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings willcommence, on 7 February 2007.
