Issue of Shares Akers Biosciences, Inc. today announces that on 31 October 2005 it approved theissue of 8,333 shares of common stock, no par value ("Common Shares") to avendor, who has elected to convert the amount due from the Company ($11,900) toshares. In addition, another individual has elected to convert a loan plusaccrued interest, which together total $34,938, to 24,466 shares of commonstock. The transactions allow the Company to remove $46,838 from payables andrender that amount as part of its permanent capital. The price per share forthese transactions was 78.5 pence ($1.43).
