Issue of Equity
The Board of Conygar announces that it has applied to London Stock Exchange plc for 3,000,000 new ordinary shares ("Shares") of 5 pence each to be admitted to trading on AIM following the conversion of preference shares.
The Shares will, following allotment, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares. Admission is expected to become effective on 21 February 2011.
