Quadnetics Group PLC09 May 2006 Quadnetics Group plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity 9 May 2006 Quadnetics Group plc, announces that following the exercise of Protec options by former directors of Protec plc it has allotted 68,970 new Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each.
