Amino Technologies PLC14 March 2008 Amino Technologies Plc Issue of Equity Amino Technologies Plc ("Amino") announces that under the terms of theacquisition of SJ Consulting, announced on 23 January 2006, Amino has issued andallotted 49,999 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to thevendors as part of the deferred consideration due on the first anniversary ofthe acquisition. Application has been made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted totrading on AIM, and it is expected that admission will become effective, andthat dealings will commence, on 1 April 2008.
