Completion of Placing

The Company announces that it has completed a placing, through WH Ireland Limited, to raise £22,000 from the issue of 4,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.55p per share (the "Placing"). Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 27 October 2009. 

Following the Placing, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will increase to 860,932,470.
