Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement of 15 January 2009, TomCo has issued 1,500,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to GEM Global Yield Fund Limited ("GEM") at a price of 0.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Application will be made for the 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM once trading in TomCo's Ordinary Shares recommences. Following the issue of these new Ordinary Shares the Company's issued share capital will consist of 539,549,151 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
