Issue of Equity
StratMin Global Resources Plc (AIM: STGR), the London listed graphite production and exploration company, announces that it has issued 126,620 new ordinary shares of 4p each ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy certain existing commitments.
Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that trading will commence on 17 June 2013.
On admission, the Company will have 60,523,617 Ordinary Shares in issue.
