Rensburg Sheppards plc01 June 2006 The Company has today issued 567,314 ordinary shares of 10 90/91 pence each ofthe Company, following the exercise of share options under a Savings RelatedShare Option Scheme (SAYE) at a price of 245 pence per share. The shares wereadmitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on theLondon Stock Exchange's market for listed securities by way of block listing asannounced on 23 May 2005.
