Exercise of Options

On 26 May 2010, Forum Energy issued and allotted 272,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by a former employee at the end of his exercise period.

Application has been made for these Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 2 June 2010.

Following this exercise, the Company has 33,364,533 Ordinary Shares in issue.
