Triple Point VCT PLC07 February 2006 Issue of Equity The Directors of Triple Point VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Companyhas today allotted 2,599,194 'C' shares of 5p each pursuant to the Offer forSubscription of up to 35,000,000 'C' Shares of 5 pence each dated 26 October2005. 2,595,919 'C' shares were issued at a price of 98.5p and 3,275 'C' sharesat a price of £1 per share. Application has been made for their admission tothe official list. Following the allotment the capital of the Company now comprises 3,324,964Ordinary Shares of 1p each and 2,599,194 C shares of 5p each.
