Issue of Equity
Further to the update to its block listing application announced earlier today, the Board of Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB) (the "Board"), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, announces that an application has been made for 45,329 Ordinary shares of 1p each, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary 1p shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 6 July 2015.
