Foresight 4 VCT PLC16 December 2005 Foresight 4 VCT plc Allotment of Shares The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offerfor Subscription dated 2 September 2005 (the "Offer"), 441,566 ordinary sharesof 1 pence each were allotted on 16 December 2005 at 108.15 pence per share. Application has been made for the admission of the 441,566 ordinary shares tothe Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London StockExchange plc's market for listed securities. Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 1,527,447ordinary shares. Following this allotment there are now 13,806,136 ordinaryshares of 1p each in issue.
