Kryso Resources plc (`Kryso' or `the Company') AIM: KYS Issue of Shares
Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 773,498 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 153,780 warrants at a price of £0.09 per share and 619,718 warrants at a price of £0.115 per share. Aggregate funds of £85,107.77 have been received by the Company.
Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 20 September 2010. Following admission there will be 172,752,584 ordinary shares in issue.
