Premier Management Holdings PLC29 June 2007 Premier Management plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The directors announce that at a board meeting held yesterday, a total of 19,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each, representing approximately 22.4% of the enlarged issue share capital of the Company following the conversion, were allotted to Berkeley Consultants Limited following the receipt of a Conversion Notice for convertible loan notes with a value of £95,000. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM with admission expected to occur on 4 July 2007.
