Application has been made for the admission of 126,407 common shares to tradingon AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with existing common shares and it isexpected that admission will occur at 8.00am on 14 June 2007. Following the issue of the new shares, the total issued share capital of theCompany will be 147,481,970 common shares.
