Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 13 June 2011 it allotted and issued 232,425 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary shares") under the Offer for Subscription ("the Offer") at a price of 118.7p per share.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on 17 June 2011.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 59,557,044 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.

Shareholders should note that the last day for submission of applications under the Offer will be 30 June 2011.
