Foresight VCT PLC27 February 2008 Foresight VCT plc Allotment of Ordinary Shares The Board of Foresight VCT is pleased to announce that in accordance with theterms of the Linked Offer for Subscription dated 22 January 2008 (the "Offer")and the Supplementary Prospectus dated 12 February 2008 that 141,275 OrdinaryShares of 1 pence each in Foresight VCT plc were allotted on 27 February 2008 at72.0 pence per share. Application has been made for the admission of the 141,275 Ordinary Shares of 1pence each in Foresight VCT plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authorityand to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.
