Real Estate Investors PLC30 September 2005 Real Estate Investors PLC ("REI" or the "Company") Placing of shares REI announces that its broker, Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited, yesterday placed atotal of 4,500,000 new ordinary shares, at 10.25p per share raising £461,250before costs. The funds will be used for working capital purposes. Application has been made for these new shares (which will rank pari passu withthe Company's existing issued ordinary shares) to be admitted to trading on AIMand this is expected to take place on 5 October 2005.
