Issue of Shares
Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 2,180,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 2,180,000 warrants at a price of £0.08 per share. Aggregate funds of £174,400 have been received by the Company.
Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 10 February 2011. Following admission there will be 253,896,417 ordinary shares in issue.
