State Bank Of India28 December 2005 LISTING AGREEMENT:CLAUSE 36MEDIUM TERM NOTE (MTN) PROGRAMME In terms of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, we have to advise that our Bankhas concluded the issue of USD 100 Mio, Floating Rate Bonds, for a tenor of 5years at a coupon of Libor + 60 bps under the MTN Programme.
