The company has continued make progress in the last quarter and as of today, 99% of the Company's property portfolio is occupied and yielding. Once the surplus cash is reinvested and all properties in the portfolio are occupied and yielding, we anticipate that the annual rent roll will be ca. £ 570k-580k i.e. >2x the annual bond payments. In addition, the company has continued to trade satisfactorily during the lockdown period to date and rent collections for the six months ended 30 Sep 2020 was 98%.
