Trinity Capital PLC (AIM: TRC) announces the sale of the investment in Rustomjee Constructions Pvt. Ltd by Trinity Capital (Fifteen) Ltd, the Mauritian company in which the Company's wholly owned Mauritian subsidiary holds a 45% interest. The Company's wholly owned Mauritian subsidiary is due to receive approximately GBP2.0.million.
