Trinity Capital PLC (AIM: TRC) announces the sale of the investment in Enigma Constructions Pvt. Ltd by one of the Company's Mauritian wholly-owned subsidiaries. The consideration amounts to approximately

GBP 6.0.million at current exchange rates. This compares with the carrying value in the financial statements at 31 March 2011 of GBP 3.6 million.
